charming stay at the beach

ocean view double beds

the ocean view room with two double beds was nice. housekeeping serviced my room daily. the view of the ocean was calming and beautiful. the hotel gave easy beach access and provided lounge chairs .

i struggled with weak water pressure at times during peak hours. sometimes, it made showering a bit inconvenient.

i enjoyed the theme nights at the restaurant. they included live music and varied menus. chef abu was very accommodating with dietary requirements, and the restaurant staff offered friendly service.

the bar staff was cute and friendly especially fabian, sylvester, and shaq. the general manager, suresh, seemed very helpful. i found the reception staff cute upon my arrival and they swiftly checked me in.

my pool view room 2 double beds included daily housekeeping and fresh towels. the air conditioning worked well, maintaining a cool temperature. the hotel features a swim-up bar offering a range of drinks and i liked it. i also found staff was very professional and attentive to guests needs.

mixed feelings about this stay

obstructed view towel shortage

The hotel advertised ocean front rooms. the initial room assigned was clearly an obstructed ocean view. i had to argue to get the room i paid for. also, the hotel repeatedly ran out of towels. it seemed like a basic amenity was constantly unavailable.

clean room great air conditioning daily housekeeping

I really like this hotel, the room i stayed in was clean and very comfortable. i also like that the air conditioning was top notch and kept the room at a perfect temperature throughout my stay. the housekeeping services were done daily. They really took care of everything.

the tv remote was not in the room upon my arrival but the team fixed this problem fast.

The pool is designed well. It suits both swimmers and non-swimmers because of its varied depth. there is ample space for everyone. The hotel makes the beach experience really good with well-kept facilities. it provides easy access for all guests.

The location impressed me. the hotel offers direct access to a beach boardwalk. It allows for convenient walks. my room offered a beautiful ocean view. the friendly staff always seemed available to assist with requests, which i appreciated a lot. the maid service kept everything neat. The restaurant manager were pretty good too make sure i was comfortable.

the hotel needs a remodel. the dated rooms show their age. i noticed this lack upon arrival, and it affected my initial impression.
