The location impressed me. the hotel offers direct access to a beach boardwalk. It allows for convenient walks. my room offered a beautiful ocean view. the friendly staff always seemed available to assist with requests, which i appreciated a lot. the maid service kept everything neat. The restaurant manager were really good too make sure i was comfortable.

the hotel needs a remodel. the dated rooms show their age. i noticed this lack upon arrival, and it affected my initial impression.

the reception desk provided useful advice on buses and trips, very helpful. the restaurant staff was friendly. their service really stood out.

I enjoyed eating in the restaurant, especially during the theme nights. the food was reasonably priced! the service was very good. the coco patch restaurant offered an immaculate dining experience. I got excellent service there.
